How can I use Sea Moss Gel?

Sea Moss in gel form has a neutral taste. This is why it can easily be added to you favorite foods and drinks such as Smoothies, Juices, Coffees, Teas, Soups, Sauces, Stews, bake good, and some of your favorite recipes. Get creative! As long as you consume it!!!
